This is so junior-highish to me that it isn't even really funny; and yet there's still something just vaguely cool about it.

I give big points for technical achievement: top-notch lighting and sound effects. That that guy performed actual tricks with a mini-board also impressed me. There's not much else there, however, no content or even a single theme. But does it matter? It's a YouTube video.
